Suggestions for Minecraft VDS

Hello. We are three players playing survival mode without mods on version 1.20.1. Currently, we are playing on a server in exaratonda. Since we are running out of Exaraton credits, we are planning to switch to a VDS. What are your recommendations?

I found Source Informatics and Bat?host appealing, but I'm unsure which one is more reliable. By the way, our budget is 120 TL.
