Hello, a new ad campaign was launched on my account yesterday but it hasn't been running since late last night. Even though it shows as eligible, I added new keywords before going to bed at 4 am. Currently, it's showing as eligible (learning). Hasn't it taken too long? Do you think there is an issue?
