The August 2022 Youtube Adsense payment has not been deposited yet.

Hello dear friends. This is the first time something like this has happened. For years, the same payment would be transferred to my Ziraat account within 1-2 days, but my August payment still hasn't been deposited despite so much time passing. It's almost been 15 days. An instruction for payment was given for YouTube on August 21st and the Adsense balance was reset, but it still hasn't transferred to my Ziraat account. When I ask the bank, they request EFT number, receipt, etc., and say to contact the other party. When I ask Google, they say the payment has been made because there is a payment receipt and to wait for the 15 days to pass and then check again if it still hasn't gone through. Through which bank does Google make the EFT transaction? Is it Citi Bank? How can I find the EFT number or receipt for this? In short, what can I do? There must be friends who know or have experienced this situation. I would be happy if you could help...
