The CPU is being utilized in the system with i5 10200H - GTX 1650 Ti, even though OBS streaming is not running.

I'm trying to stream on OBS, and I noticed that it's consuming about 5-10% CPU even when I haven't started the stream. Does anyone know why this is happening?
Graphics Card: GTX 1650 Ti
Processor: i5 10200H
RAM: 16GB RAM
