The decision Adsense made as of February 1st

Hello, a message has been placed in your Adsense panel: Starting from February 1, 2024, Google will begin implementing new user consent management terms for partners using our search network ads publisher products (AdSense for Search, AdSense for Shopping, AdSense for Domains, or Programmatic Search Engine). Publishers can comply with these terms by implementing a Google-certified CMP integrated with IAB Europe's Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) to obtain consent when serving ads to users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom. If user consent is already on my page, do I need to take any other action? I couldn't understand. I would appreciate it if someone with information could write. Thank you in advance.
