The Minecraft Aternos Bedrock server cannot be accessed.

As mentioned in the title, I opened a Bedrock server through Aternos. Until the date 18.11.2023, it was working properly. That evening, three people entered the game, and the following day we couldn't log in again, getting a "cannot connect to world" error each time. I'm sure I entered the correct IP and port. I also tried the option of dynamic IP that is created after the server is opened. I am using a cracked Bedrock on my computer without an emulator, done with a fix file. I'm not sure if the issue is with me or the Aternos site. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
