Hello. Two days ago, I downloaded a file from someone who claimed it would speed up my computer, unfortunately I believed them. It gave me an error, so I closed and deleted it, then contacted them. They said not to download files from anyone and later wrote a big lantern on my Discord profile and changed my profile picture to Osayi Samuel. I then ran Norton Power Eraser and it detected and removed 23 threats. After that, I restarted my computer and switched to a new Discord account. It seemed like nothing was there, but when I was talking to someone, they told me to add "l******" to a friend. I added them, had a chat, and then they asked for my GTA 5 account. They said they wouldn't leave me alone if I didn't give it to them and threatened to corrupt my computer if I formatted it. What can I do?
