The recommended YouTube videos are decreasing.

Hello friends. I upload videos to my channel on Tuesdays and Fridays. I am recommended to upload at least 1 or 2 videos a month to prevent my growth from being hindered. While my YouTube recommendation range and average next in line are between 2.5 and 3.5, my latest video was recommended to only 3 people. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

When I contacted the YouTube support for monetization, they reassured me that everything is normal.
