The relationship between AdSense and traffic from social media

For new websites, it's been said that if the traffic from social media exceeds the organic traffic, our Adsense account could be banned or the ads may be restricted. Has anyone experienced this before? I have a certain following on social media and I want to direct this audience to my newly launched website. However, I'm also afraid of being banned by Google or Adsense. Should I wait a few months? Even if I wait a few months, I don't think I can surpass the traffic from social media with organic traffic alone. Why does Google follow these policies? Isn't it a bit unreasonable? I feel stuck right now. It's like my social media indirectly got blocked. What are your thoughts on this?
