The sent Bitcoin still has not arrived.

Yesterday, my English friend sent $250 to my Bitcoin address through Moonpay, but the money hasn't reached me yet. Normally, it only takes a short time, but it has been almost 13 hours and it still hasn't arrived. I spoke with Binance TR live support a couple of hours after my friend sent the money, and they informed me that the estimated time on the site is 24 hours. They provided me with a link (a blockchain link to track my transaction). The Bitcoin transaction ID is 404189d61866756f9d8b6f4430778178a2043f9b4c55e8eedf1bb97aedfb5f72, yet it has been almost 13 hours and the estimated time is still 24 hours. Nothing has changed and the money hasn't reached me. What do you think will happen or why did this occur? Will the money come through, or have you experienced something like this before? It's still saying the estimated time is 24 hours, which is strange.
