The sent Bitcoin still hasn't arrived.

Yesterday, my British friend sent $250 to my Bitcoin address through Moonpay, but the money hasn't reached me yet. It usually arrives quickly, but it's been almost 13 hours and still nothing. I contacted Binance TR live support a couple of hours after my friend sent the money, and they informed me that the estimated time is 24 hours. They provided me with a link (a blockchain link to track the transaction). The Bitcoin transaction ID is 404189d61866756f9d8b6f4430778178a2043f9b4c55e8eedf1bb97aedfb5f72, and despite the estimated 24-hour timeframe, it has been almost 13 hours and nothing has changed. Do you think the money will come through, or what could be the reason for this delay? Have you experienced a similar situation before? It's strange that it still says the estimated time is 24 hours.
