The Twitch Rust Drop reward did not arrive.

I bought a Rust drop from Twitch, watched it for 2 hours, and got a clothing item. They said the drop would arrive within 10 to 30 minutes, but it has been 12-13 hours and nothing has arrived or left. What should I do? I messaged Twitch Support, but do they respond through Gmail for feedback?
