The USB port and Ethernet device appear with a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager.

Hello, I had sent my computer for warranty service, but after it came back, I encountered two problems. The Ethernet cable and one USB port have yellow exclamation marks indicating issues. Therefore, I cannot connect my headphones and Ethernet cable. I updated the drivers but it still didn't work. I added "driver" at the end of the motherboard 520M-K drivers and installed them. I would be very grateful if you could send me the link for the drivers, or if you have a different solution.
