Theme for Confession Site

Hello friends, I am opening a confession website, but I can't find a suitable theme. The theme we are looking for should be very simple, consisting of just one page, with the option for users to sign up or not. If you know of any recommendations, they would be greatly appreciated. It doesn't matter if it's for a WordPress blog or something else.
