ThemeForest 'AccountLocked' Alert

Hello, I became a member of Tf in order to buy a Wp theme, and while I was making the purchase, I received the message "Account locked It looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. You’ll need to contact our support team to unlock it." I opened a ticket at the help center but did not receive any response. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a solution? Thank you.
