Hello, I signed up for Tf to purchase a Wp theme and when trying to make the purchase, I received the message "Account locked It looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. You’ll need to contact our support team to unlock it." I submitted a ticket to the help center 3-4 times, but did not receive any response. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a solution? Thank you.
