There is a problem with the WordPress theme. Can you please help urgently?

As I enter the text into my WordPress theme, the same image appears twice in a row at the top when the post is viewed. I haven't been able to find where to make the change. If you could help me with this, I would appreciate it, friends. I found it now: when I write the post, on the right sidebar, there is an option called "Set featured image." If I don't add the image there, I don't encounter the error mentioned above. However, in that case, the image doesn't appear on the homepage, only the content shows up.
