There is a Violation of Policy and I am Rejecting it

Hello friends. I have been working on a website project for about three to four months. Once I got it somewhat set up, I applied for Adsense. Initially, I got rejected for Policy Violation. We have had About Us, Contact, and Privacy Policy pages since the first application. After the rejection, I revised the contact section by adding a phone number and address, as we only had an email address before. I also included a cookie notification that pops up when you log in. After making these changes, I reapplied. However, once again, I got rejected for Policy Violation. I don't see anything on the site that could cause a violation. Could you please review and provide some feedback?
