There is an issue with the WordPress theme. Can you please help me urgently?

As explained in the image and link below, in my WordPress theme, when the image is inserted into the text, the same image appears twice in a row at the top. I haven't been able to find where to make the change. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this. I found it now; while writing the post, on the right side bar (Set featured image), if I add the image there, I don't encounter the error mentioned above.
