There is blurriness in OBS recording at 2K 60 FPS.

Hello friends. I am recording in 2K 60 FPS on OBS, but some small objects appear blurry. (Valorant Crosshair, mouse cursor, etc.)

My system specifications are as follows:

Zotac RTX 4070 OC Edition.
Ryzen 7 7700X.
2x16 6000 MHz RAM.

I can make any adjustments necessary. Even if the FPS drops to around 600, it's not a problem.
