There is pixelation and blurriness in the 1080p OBS broadcast.

Good evening everyone. I would like to start a stream on Kick through OBS, but before that, I will share a snippet from a previous stream I tried here. It may not be noticeable for viewers on a phone, but when I watch it on a larger screen, there seems to be some blurriness and a decrease in image quality. Why does this happen, could it be related to the bitrate? Has anyone experienced and resolved this issue before? Would you please help me? Thank you in advance.

Could you please watch and assist me? There is some distortion in the image when I turn around and shoot a character, if you notice.

The internet upload speed in the package is supposed to be 10, but I am getting around 7 - 7.5.
