Hello, I used to have a blog with DLE system back in 2010 that I now want to transfer to WordPress. I've completed the transfer process, but I'm facing a certain issue. The WordPress coding is set to Utf-8, while the DLE version I used back then was 9.3 with Latin5 language version. After transferring the posts, I started seeing Turkish character errors. How can I fix these errors? I urgently need help with this. Is it possible to correct these errors? Additionally, I found version 9.8 on localhost and completed the version update. The mySQL encoding is Latin, can I convert this to UTF-8 using Notepad++?
