Troubleshooting Adsense and YouTube Issues

Hello friends, I used to have a blog site that I started with one other person. I had not applied for AdSense, my partner had applied and authorized me on the AdSense account. We closed down that site, and now when I try to log into AdSense with the email associated with it, I see an error message saying "Account Suspended." We removed the authorization from the previous site's account, but couldn't resolve the issue. Currently, I have a YouTube channel associated with this email. I think we can link YouTube channels to an existing AdSense account. I also have a different AdSense account opened with another email. The main question is: if in the future I want to activate the option to earn money on this channel and use the other AdSense account that is not linked to the channel, would using the unused AdSense account opened with the email connected to the YouTube channel cause any issues or errors?
