Turkish Language File for Open Source Social Network

Hello friends, a few weeks ago I completed the language file for Open Source Social Network. Now, I am sharing it. However, there are a few things I would like to mention. This language file was updated on the Development version. I am not sure if it is compatible with version 1.8.
