TurkNet Remote Desktop Connection

I want to enable remote desktop connection on my personal computer at home. As you can see, the IP address on the internet is different from the IP address on my modem interface, due to something called CGN pool which I have heard for the first time. Therefore, even if I fix my IP address with DNS, I cannot use remote desktop. I do not want a static IP address as it would require a monthly fee of 12 ? and I do not want to use the same IP address constantly. How can I solve this issue?
