Twitch has withdrawn money from the account without notifying.

I received the email half an hour ago. They charged me 229TL without my knowledge for the subscription I cancelled. How can I get my money back? I submitted a support email through the Twitch Help Portal at this link. Is there anything else I can do? Will they refund my money?
