Unable to connect to SQL server 2022

Hello, I have installed SQL Server 2022 on my computer.
However, when I enter the server name section,
Localhost.
(Local)
PC name.
I cannot connect to the server when I enter this information. For example, I try with a period and receive the attached error.

I would be very happy if someone who knows about this could help.

Note: SQL Server Agent is stopped, but sqlexpress is running in services.
