Unable to delete my AdSense account

Hello; When I log into my Google AdSense account, the account section is blurry and cannot be clicked on, which is why I cannot access my Google AdSense account to delete it. I searched online and found that I need to go to "Google Account settings", then navigate to "Payments & Subscriptions", then "Payment methods", and finally click on "Close payment profile" to delete AdSense. However, I am unable to delete it and receive the following warning: "Payment profile closure error. To close your payment profile, please resolve the following issues. You have active subscriptions or services. You must close these before closing your payment profile." I am unable to reach Google for assistance, which is truly frustrating. Can you please help me urgently with what I need to do?
