Urgent Information About Adwords Click Fraud

Hello, I am noticing invalid clicks and suspicious clicks on the advertisement I placed on AdWords. I would like to learn how to report these clicks to Google and find out if the clicks can be refunded after they are investigated. Can you help me with this?
