Using AdSense on a website with WordPress topics

Hello, I am considering purchasing a website that uses Wordpress, themes, plugins, etc. The current owner is not using it because they do not have an account, but I noticed that others are using similar sites. I am wondering if there is any violation of Adsense policies on such sites or if there is a different revenue model or low income. Thank you.
