Using ASUS Capture Card on MacOS

Hello, I have a Gaming PC with an RTX 3080 graphics card, a MacBook Pro with an M1 Max processor, and an ASUS CU4K60 capture card. I have managed to transmit the video to OBS, but I am having trouble with the audio. The capture card has one audio jack input, but my headset is connected via USB. Should the microphone and camera be on the streaming PC? I'm also unsure of how to transfer the game audio to the streaming PC.
