Using different images in the WordPress product category

Hello everyone, good evening. Currently, my product category page is opening very slow because there are too many products and images. I came across a website where the category images are different from the main product page images. For example, on the category page: a: 20 kb, b: 25 kb, c:26 kb, d: 32 kb. But when you click on the products, the original images load like this: a: 220 kb, b: 325kb, c: 126 kb, d: 432 kb. So, my question is, is it possible to reduce the sizes of images in the WooCommerce category section? The product category pages are opening extremely slowly, there is no issue on other general pages, but on product category pages, it's excessively slow. Thank you in advance.
