Using Ip.Board Nulled

Dear friends, I have currently lost interest in vBulletin. Now I don't have any enthusiasm left for it, and while browsing scripts, I found Ip.Board. I'm thinking of trying it out with a nulled version. Would it be problematic? I want to purchase a license, but I'm confused about the pricing under "Community in the Cloud," where the price increases as we click on GB. What is the purpose of that?
