Using Multiple Radio Buttons in a C# Groupbox and Printing the Selected One from Database

Hello, have a good day. I have multiple group boxes and radio buttons as seen in the image. I want to print the name of the selected item in the database, but I am unsure of which query method to use. Can you help me with this? I want the selected item to be written to the database using an IF loop.
