Using My Own Computer as a Server

Hello; I am unsure where to post this topic; I am collecting 60-minute recordings on my own computer using a DVR LAN connection, and storing them in a designated target folder. The DVR device automatically saves them to the target folder, creating sample names like 25042024_2143.mp4 based on the date and time. I would like to be able to select the location, date, and time of the recording on a sample website first, regardless of whether the website is based on Wordpress or any other platform. I want the website to display the video when I choose the location and select the date and time on the page. I also want to be able to watch the video. I could upload the DVR to a virtual hosting service, but it would mean a significant strain on the server in the future. I prefer to use my own computer as a server; my computer never shuts down, and it has a static IP address.
