Using My Own Computer as a Server

Hello there! I am not sure where to address the topic; on my personal computer, I am collecting 60-minute recordings with a DVR LAN connection in a designated target folder. The DVR device automatically sends them to the target folder, creating file names like 25042024_2143.mp4 based on date and time. I want to showcase this on a sample website by selecting location, date, and then time. The website can be WordPress-based or any other platform. I want to view it on the website, where on the homepage, I can choose a location and then select a date and time to display the video. I would like to watch the video. I can transfer the DVR to virtual hosting, but that would entail a heavy burden on the server in the future. Instead, I want to use my own computer as a server since it never shuts down and has a static IP address.
