Using the ASUS Capture Card on MacOS

Hello, I have a Gaming PC with a 3080 graphics card, a MacBook Pro M1 Max, and an ASUS CU4K60 capture card. I have managed to transfer the video to OBS, but I couldn't figure out the audio. Actually, there is a jack input on the capture card, but my headphones are connected via USB. Should the microphone and camera be on the streaming PC? I also don't understand how to transfer the audio from the game to the streaming PC.
