Video source for a film website

I am coding a film and series website script, everything is going well with the software, but I have no idea how to fetch videos from other websites. When I inspect the source in some film websites, I see a blob URL format that I can't retrieve. Some of them expire after a certain period, but on most film websites I see everyone using each other's videos. How do they get these videos? Are they in some sort of agreement or is there a way to fetch videos? Additionally, if you know of a cheap hosting where I can store films, please recommend. However, I am more interested in finding an answer to the issue mentioned above.
