Video source for a movie website

I am coding a script for a movie and series website, everything is great with the software but I have no idea how to fetch videos from other sites... When I inspect the source on some movie sites: the URL appears as a blob and I can't extract it. Some of them self-destruct after a certain time, however, I see on many movie sites that everyone is using each other's videos. How do these guys get the videos, do they have agreements among themselves or is there a way to fetch the videos? Also, if you know of a cheap hosting where I can store movies, please suggest. However, the answer to the above question is what interests me more.
