Video source for film website

I am coding a movie and TV series website script, everything is going great with the software but I have no idea how to fetch videos from other sites. When I inspect the source of some movie sites, I see that the URLs appear as blobs and I can't retrieve them. Some websites seem to block access after a certain period, but I notice that on many movie sites, everyone is using each other's videos. How do these guys manage to get the videos? Do they have some kind of agreement among themselves or is there a way to fetch the videos? Also, if you know of a cheap hosting where I can store movies, please recommend. However, I am more interested in finding a solution to the issue mentioned above.
