Video source for film website

I am coding a movie and series website script, everything is going well with the software, but I have no idea how to fetch videos from other websites. When I inspect the source on some movie websites, I see that the URL appears in blob format. I can't extract it as some websites have anti-scraping measures in place. However, I notice that many movie sites use each other's videos. How do these individuals manage to acquire the videos? Do they have agreements amongst themselves, or is there a way to fetch the videos legally? Additionally, if you know of a cheap hosting service where I can store films, please recommend it. However, I am more interested in finding a solution to the issue mentioned earlier.
