Hello everyone, I am selling a website for procedures in Spanish, with traffic from Spain for $1,110 -> 1,000€.

Currently, it generates €60 per month in AdSense and €5 in push notifications -> 75 * 16.

- 100% organic traffic
- 90% traffic from Spain
- Domain with age
- The website has some content created by writers and some content generated by AI.

Only for those genuinely interested, I will not provide extra information if you have no sales/purchases in the forum.

Payment will be made through Forobeta balance. If you require an invoice and are from Spain, it can be arranged, but you will need to add VAT to the final price.

A backup will be provided using the plugin "All in One Migration". The domain will be migrated from dondominio.

The website will not be sold with the AdSense account, only the website. I cannot guarantee acceptance to AdSense later on, but there should be no problems as the website has traffic, authority, and a good history.

The website has room for improvement, and I am selling it because I do not have the time to work on it properly.
