Friends, we have a shopping website with an Alexa rank below 10k for the past 3 to 5 months. Do these promotional writing packages, social media campaigns, etc., help us rise on Google? They are selling these to hundreds of people. Will it be more beneficial or harmful? Will I regret it? What is your experience? When you ask the sellers, they claim you will automatically be at the top rank anyway
