What are your thoughts on Yandex's variability?

Though not as popular as Google, Yandex is still a search engine. However, it has made an interesting change recently. Let's say you enter a keyword, such as sunglasses. The search results appear in a certain order. When you refresh the page, the results change. Sometimes, sites that were at the top two positions are replaced, and sometimes the entire ranking changes with other websites appearing in their place.
