What is Adsense tax status?

Hello everyone. How does the taxation work for earnings through Adsense? For instance, if you earn 10 TL, do you still need to report it for tax purposes? Is it something everyone does routinely? Also, my other question is, do government employees show their earnings from Adsense through a non-working account when receiving payments? Is that sufficient? Thank you in advance for your answers.
