Hello, I applied for a PIN for the ads on my website about 40-45 days ago. However, I have not received the PIN yet. There is approximately 5000? accumulated. Can we receive the money before the PIN arrives? What do we need to do to expedite the process since the PIN hasn't arrived yet? Thank you.
