What is the Alcrus application?

Friends, I have a program file on my computer under (X86) named alcrus application. When I scan it with the antivirus, it identifies it as a definite virus. When I try to remove it, it asks if I allow this application to make changes to my device, usually the publisher is Microsoft removal service, but here it says unknown publisher. I'm afraid to remove it.
