What is the impact of a .co domain on SEO?

Hello; I found a nice name for my project, but the .com domain is being sold for a very high amount, around 11,000 TL, on GoDaddy. The following options are available, and I am leaning towards the .co domain. Which one do you think I should choose between .biz, .org, and .co? Thank you.
