What should I do if Google AdWords stole my money?

I signed up to place an advertisement, but then hesitated to provide my card number, fearing unauthorized charges. Instead, I transferred money to their IBAN account with the reference number they provided me. It's been a week, but the money has not yet reflected in my AdWords account.
