When I create a cron job, I get a 401 error for the link.

Hello, I have opened a new website (Wordpress) and initially, I installed it on my hosting on the internet for speed purposes. However, when I created a cron job and checked the link, I noticed that it was not working (401). I first contacted the hosting provider, then the script team, but despite their efforts, the issue could not be resolved. Therefore, I moved it to GoDaddy and found out that it was working perfectly without any issues. I contacted the initial hosting provider again and they said they would open it if there's anything to open, but I am not knowledgeable enough to do so. The script team also works with the initial hosting provider and we use the same package, but they claim not to know about the issue and they say there is no problem. I would appreciate it if anyone who knows what the problem might be could help me. Thank you in advance.
